Windows 10: How long does blue screen last?

I unexpectedly got a blue screen. The stop code is KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE.It says its collecting error info and then will restart. It has been collecting error info for an hour now, and its still on 0%. How long is this going to take?
