    How long does it normally take for tech support to contact you?


    Hello,I was wondering how long it takes for tech support to contact you after you have opened a ticket. Its been 1 week since I opened the ticket and followed up 3 days after with their support team but they claim the data team should be getting to me soon and their not sure why its taking so long. My issue is simply connecting the domain to the 365 admin but the DNS verification process is saying there are 2 accounts which is a common issue when trying to connect with bluehost. I even spoke to my webhost support and they responded immediately that this is a common issue that only MSFT can f

    Contact support app

    I never noticed this app before until today. An app listed in start menu called 'Contact Support'. So I clicked it just to take a look. But the app just starts to open and then immediately crashes/shuts off. I logged into another user acc on my machine and it opens just fine.

    Usually if an app is playing up on my computer I go into the settings - apps list and reset the app which normally sorts things out. But contact support is missing from the list. Does anyone use the app and have any problems with it?
