Windows 10: How long does it take for an xbox controller to ship???

So, i saw alot of post saying that thei shipments have been on pending for weeks. this controller cost almost 70 dollars and i was promised it in about 2-3 days and its been a day, its still on pending im worried and i need help. can someone tell me how long it typically took to ship preferably in america.

Can’t connect Xbox one controller to pc
