Windows 10: How long does it take for Microsoft Support to respond to support requests?

I've been led in circles trying to contact customer support about a Windows issue after a bios update. I've followed every question page and forum that I could to resolve the issue but all of the answers lead me back to "Contact Customer Support". Well I submitted a support request a few of them because the instructions were a bit unclear over 24 hours ago and attached some images of the error codes I was getting and I haven't heard back from them since. All I've received is an email saying that they've opened a case for me. How long does it take to get a response usually?

Microsoft support not responding

It's been 3 days since I've made a support request and I still haven't gotten a response. Was my support request cancelled? How long does it take for support to respond?

 

B3 Phenom support

I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.

 

Support Assist.

My support assist is not responding.

When I attempted to go to my control panel and programs I looked for H support to repair and I do not have an HP support list in my programs at all.

What is my next step please?
