Windows 10: How many dollars?

Using expression web 4 many years now with windows 7 and now 10.

For whatever reason I cannot hyperlink so using a mouse cursor over text a word pops up an image.

How much to fix?

A bigger problem is do I pay before I see results or what?

Today i saw in one site that the nokia n8 is for 300 Dollars, and when i ask them how you are selling it for 300 dollars where its orginal price is more then 500 Dollars then they said we buy mobile from nokia finland directly and sell it. is it true or
fake can any one suggest me...........

I think that he means that he wants the price mentioned in the Performance Per Dollar section of the video card reviews. I have to second this suggestion, I think that it would be a great idea to add this.

Best 10 Steam games for under £7 or $ equivalent

Ok, So I've seen a few debates about Steam the past couple of day's and it was a messy thread, so I wanted to start my own and list the top 10 recommended games on Steam, but under £7 or the Dollar ($) equivalent.

I will make a listing of the top 10 recommended games in this opening post but obviously need some suggestions and ratings for this.
