Windows 10: How many group or user names should I have on my computer?

All the ones that i thought I set up don't have full control and I unsure of the one that does have full control. I used cyber ghost vpn and all of sudden my computer is doing weird things. One thing I notice a lot is my printer is no longer available all the time on my phone or computer and my windows defender has turned off? I believe I have ran every kind of scan and removed and installed drivers but I cant figure it out. I'm not a computer wizard but I understand a little more than the previous generation. Thank for providing us the information. We've already tried multiple troubleshooting steps and the same issue still persists. In this case, let's try to troubleshoot your issue by eliminating ghost login, follow the steps below:

• First, open netplwiz, then uncheck the box for Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer.
• Then, on the pop-up window, click Cancel.
• Make sure the box for Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer should be checked again.
• Lastly, click OK.

These will help us to eliminate ghost login.

All of the procedures you suggested were tried but did not work. I'll try to better describe the problem I have. Certain files (not all) cannot be deleted because the denial message says the permission must specifically be authorized by "HANKROGERSHOME\WilliamH".
That name is not in the Group or Users Names block of the properties>security>advanced dialog box. I tried to add that name to the users, but it shows up as "William H Rogers (****************)". Both name versions show up OK in the name check box, yet only
the latter is added to the Group or Users Names box.

As information, my System Details page shows the user/owner as HANKROGERSHOME\WilliamH. My computer profile page lists me as William H Rogers (****************).

Hope this added info helps to diagnose the problem.

user name change
