    Is it just me or does a human support team, that reads from a script designed to reduce cost to the company, represent biological artificial intelligence? Boundaries are put on what they can and can not say. Using preprogrammed phrases that lack real human compassion and understanding. I completely understand how frustrated this issue has made you feel. Copy paste repeat Even if the tech support is a human, they do not deviate from the script and never show any sign of humanity. There are teams of lawyers that protect the company from damage they inadvertently cause. But the tech support

    How many layers of AI support are there at Microsoft before a real human based logic is used?

    Why has Microsoft eliminated all human support for their home products and purchases made on microsoft.com?

    I thought Microsoft was supportive of serving the needs of the family and protecting them and their purchases.

    Sadly, all attempts to speak to a human being are denied by an uninformative AI.

    This is truly frustrating and is making me think about alternatives.

    I have made purchases for my son using his microsoft.com account and those purchases are no longer recognized or accessible.

    The support AI designed to deflect and deny customers help just says to use online support information, which I have already researched.

    I am stuck and Microsoft really doesn't seem to care.

    Please advise how I could move forward.
