Windows 10: How many times are we supposed to provide parental consent?

I have provided consent multiple times for my kids. Why is Microsoft always sending them and how often do we need to do this? I got another second request when in fact, I already provided consent.

How to confirm parental consent

Hi! I received an email from what looks to be Microsoft Family Safety that says I need to log into my account to provide parental consent for one of my kids. Since you can never be too safe these days with unsolicited emails, I logged into my Microsoft account on my own, not through the link in the email, but I see nothing in my account or family account asking for parental consent. The email says my child's account will be suspended, and then permanently deleted if I don't confirm consent in the next 2 months. If this is real, where do I confirm parental consent?

 

Parental consent

We opened a new account for my daughter. When I try to give parental consent to finish setting up her account, I try to log in and it says "Somethings wrong, its not you its us"

 

Cannot sign in, problem with parent consent screen

On my brand-new computer with W10, which I set up for the first time this morning, I can't sign in. After I enter my password, it says that parent consent is required. When I click "I'm a parent", it says to use my existing MS account. When I enter the phone # and password for my existing MS account, it returns to the parent consent screen as if the phone # and password are incorrect. There's no way to give consent. And I can't get to the internet since I'm not signed in.
