Windows 10: How microsoft reseller work to sell windows retail license via esd to end user?

as far as i know there is oem, retail, and volume licensing for windows. oem only legal by manufacturer to be prebuilt into laptop, retail legal for reseller to sel to end user, and volume for b2b.i saw that windows 11 home retail fully package is about 180 USD, then i found on local market that windows 11 home retail esd is only about 23 USD in asian country and it says original, legal, and some screenshot from testimony i see it try to slmgr -dli to see the license type and it show a genuine retail licensei want to use original and legal copy of windows but i dont have the resource to buy

What is the difference between Windows 10 ESD and Windows 10 OEM, can a System Builder use ESD when building PC's?

Thanks for that but to be clear, is ESD meant only for end user? How do resellers who sell components manage to sell ESD as well.

Is there anything in the actual Windows license that specifies it has to be installed by the purchasing user?
