Windows 10: How move open apps Excel, Word, etc. to external set to "main" monitor when connected?

Hi,I always used Windows 10 in the past and there, open apps such as Excel, Word, etc. open on my laptop automatically were moved to the external monitor when I connected it to my laptop.Also, the external monitor was and is set to "main display", but I'm using a new laptop with Windows 11 and every time I connect my set-to-main external monitor, Excel, Word, etc. windows open on my laptop stay on my laptop, they don't automatically move to my external main monitor.This happens at home as well as at the office.It also doesn't make a difference if I select or deselect "remember window locations

I understand that you are facing issues with the display scaling on your external displays. We will certainly look into this for you.

As you are using Vizio TV, you may have to try using custom resolution settings if the in-built settings do not provide the required settings.

For better clarity, please let us know:

• What is the version of Windows 10 that is currently installed on your computer? You can click on Search and type
  winver.
• Are you aware of any recent changes to the system, such as updates, after which you are facing this issue?
• What is the make and model of your computer?

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to check the steps mentioned in the Workaround section in

I would also suggest you to check the Display drivers. Please refer

Word/Excel 2016 could not connect to printer

Windows 10 Pro, Office 365 Business Premium. Dell OptiPlex 7050 PC.

Random occurrences of Word/Excel not being able to print, the application says it can't find any printers. Within Word/Excel shows all printers installed on the PC as 'not connected' but it only shows this in one of the Office apps at a time. If you get
the print error in Excel then you open Word and the printers are listed with no problem. If you can't print in Word then open Excel and Excel can print fine. A test print also works outside of Office so it only seems to be within Office 365 apps that we see
the problem. Some users are printing directly to a printer via IP and others go via a print server but the problem affects all printers. A restart of the print spooler service doesn't help, the only way to resolve the issue is to reboot the PC. Affects random
domain users at random times. We could run an Office repair to see if that fixes it but how come a reboot fixes it every time? Any other suggestions to save a restart?

 

Unable to open Excel or Word

I am unable to open a specific Excel File or Excel or Word at all. It shows and error message (-2147163890). Any suggestions
