Windows 10: How much memory did bloat take?!

So we JUST plugged this in and did the out of box set up this morning and now it says I have 4 folders taking up this much space... but the folders are empty. Is this all that is in this section of the storage? If so, why in the world are 4 empty folders using that much space? Also, what makes it give me the 'managed by your organization' notice? This is my personal computer for my schooling.Thanks for any help!~

BL-5C inflates / bloates / expandes

It may not be listed as defective on the website but that does not mean it isn't. It could also be damaged/bloated due to overcharging. Prsonally, if it is starting to bloat or if it gets very hot during charging, I would replace it as soon as possible.
I would not take the risk.
