Windows 10: How recover my files

Hi,I have deleted the Onedrive directory from my computer as i backup my files to my local NAS, but did not know all my personnel files were stored in it.Now my Documents directory of my computer is empty.Trying to restore my personal files from the backup on the NAS using file history but "Documents" does not show up in the list of directories that can be restored although I am sure "Documents" is in the list of directories to be backed up.Can anybody help me out here?Thanks in advance

Recover files from Flash drive

Does not work on a windows pc which is what the OP probably intended

windows by default does not have HFS and HFS+ based hard drives.
Able to perform retrieval on both HFS and HFS+ based hard drives. and so will not work with windows
