Windows 10: How remove TrojanHTML/phish!pz

Windows Backup 7 Restore Windows7 fails due to detection of Trojan.Defender Quick Scan and Full Scan, Microsoft Malicious Software Removal, Microsoft Safety Scanner and Microsoft Live chat failed to remediate the situation.Chat has now said only recourse is System Reset. I have good backup on external hard drive from before problem.What do I do?
