Windows 10: How shall i set up my fans? Rpm and stuff!

Hello!

I recently bought 5 NOCTUA NF-A14 PWM CHROMAX SORT SWAP case fans.

I got a good deal on them. The setup i was thinking about, was 3 for in take at front, one back for exhaust and 1 at the top for exhaust.

Specs for pc:

I7 9700k RTX 2070 SUPER NOCTUA nh-d15 CHROMAX BLACk RM750X as psu AORUS ultra Z390 1 GB Samsung SSD 500GB m2 SSD Fractal Design R6 TG

Increase 80mm Fan RPM

The RPM is set by the fan motor itself and how much Voltage is applied. Theoretically one could do a mod to supply/overvolt the fan and have it run at a higher RPM.

I've seen a step down from 12V->7V->5V but not a step up. My guess is a as good as Google's.

I am looking for a 92mm fan which I can change/higher his rpm with no additional noise.Any suggestions? Whar rpm do you have on your own?
