Windows 10: How Should I Do a Complete Pc Clean?

How do I fully clean everything on the pc that a virus, trojan or other malware cannot come back?I think if I get some kind of tool on a usb stick would be nice? does those tools exist and where do I get them?let's say that I want to completely clean my pc with a usb because.my recovery partitions are infected.my gpu is infected. all my drives are infected.ram is infectedhow do I fully clean my pc using a usb stick so the trojan or what that virus is will completely be gone.I already did a full factory reset but the virus came back because it could be hidden in the gpu or recovery partitions o

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
