Windows 10: how the hell do we actually get to talk to a support person from microsoft

How can one get out of the Virtual Hell that Microsoft now calls support and talk with a real person?

 

Live chat support - Talk to a person feature not working

I've been trying to get support from the live chat of both Skype and Microsoft (including the Get Help app of Windows). None of the topics suggested addresses my question, so the chat app finally gives the "Talk to
a person" option. When I click it, nothing happens. It's supposed to give options like 'call me back' or 'chat with a person' etc, but none of those options appears. There's just a box that says "Talk to a person" but the options are not visible. Is this just
a glitch, or is the live chat with a person feature not yet functional?

 

How to contact a actual person at microsoft support?

My childs (age 12) ms/xbox account has been compomised and im trying to recover it, but the recovery method claims i have not provided enough info. the account is a child account on the family account, i was using my (the parent) account email as recovery, the account is linked to me. But the email has been changed to a rambler.ru email and i dont know what else hase been changed, which makes the recovery prosess problematic. and now im just going round the contact and support pages in circles trying to find a way of submitting a suport ticket or any way to talk to a actual person. anyone got a link that isnt the contact us page, which doesnt seem to have a actual method of contacting them?
