Windows 10: How this happen after update windows version 24H2, can anyone help me for this problem, or...

i wanted to installing game with iso file. but this massage came up and i cannot install it, this is my first time to face this problem, I have never experienced this before, after this windows update 24H2 it happened. i try to open it with "run as administrator" then the message setup.exe incorrect function appears. can anyone help me for this problem, or might having same problem.

Windows Insider builds like version 24H2 can contain bugs and be unstable, that update was pulled for a couple of days because of bugs found in it, if this is only happening since you installed version 24H2, most likely it is because the graphics card manufacturers have not released drivers compatible with version 24H2 yet, it would be best to uninstall that build, and then report this bug on the Feedback Hub (Windows Key + F) so their developers can investigate this bug.
