    how to access hp pavilion x360 laptop


    I have an hp pavilion x360. I forgot the password to login and I cannot remember answers to 3 security questions correctly apparently although I think i do. I do not have startup disk. How do i access? I tried holding down shift key when restarting. did not work. not sure if it is windows 10 or 11 as I haven't used in several years
