Windows 10: How to access local account when pin fails to work and password is lost and no reset disk...

After disabling device encryption in order to switch to mux for better performance and stability while using ac, I was required to restart my computer. After which, my pin fails to workcode: 0xd0000225. I fail to find my password and have no reset disk. How can I reset my password without resorting to resetting to fabrication settings? I have my laptops serial no. and ms product key. I have win 11 home.

I tried steps of both links:

• #1: reset PIN code
  
  • I see no link "reset your PIN"on login page --> I can't reset it
    
• #2: change or reset windows password
  
  • My Windows account is not displayed at all on login page.
    
  • I am using a local account
    

If you have any other suggestion, I would be more than happy to try.
