    WSL2. Ubuntu-22.04 LTS Next.jsRun dev with mkcert and local-ssl-proxy, so dev server run on wsl via https proxy with custom domain.But, I can't access that server in Windows web browser. Only accessible in Ubuntu internal web browser.I tried some solutions maybe? exwindows network settingport forwarding But nothing work...Is there any way to get that?I tried...Windows Network Inbound ruleadd 3000 port allowAdd my custom domain name to windows hosts.And other things....I can't remember everything...

    WSL and Zscaler localhost proxy pac

    Hello everyone I am trying to figure out how to get the WSL to work with the windows proxy settings? We are using a pac file, and I can not figure out how to configure the wsl to use it. We use the zscaler service. If you are not familiar it is a local proxyservice. it runs a pac file through localhost:9000/proxy.pac. Does anyone have a clue how to get WSL to play nice? I tried setting up an etc/environment file but you can not add a pac file there. This came about because apt-get is not working. I tried adding a apt.conf in /etc/apt but I could not figure out how to get it to use the pac either. I have found various article like this Proxy Configuration for Windows Sub-System For Linux. | by Adeleye Adewale Jnr. | Medium and Windows 10 WSL Ubuntu 18.04 proxy configuration for apt. - DEV Community but those are trying to use the host system as a proxy server. On the host localhost a proxy server is not running on port 9000 just zscaler so that will not work either. This is very frustrating if anyone could help out. Thank you.

    Does anyone know of a decent, free proxy server? I would like to set up a proxy server at my house so I can connect to it from... certain institutions... with blocked webpage access and such.

    Privoxy is beautiful software and can do anything you would need. Of course you will have to read to configure such powerful software, but its worth it.

    "...and such" - Make sure if you are accessing through other than http or https that your proxy covers this.

    What do you mean by "with blocked webpage access"? Do you want to be anonymous, or are you currently blocked from accessing the page?
