Windows 10: how to acess Microsoft Community to ask a question.

when I get on here to find an answer, seems like MS does not intend to make anything simple when needing support. It is like a labyrinth when trying to ask questions. I spend more time trying to figure out how to ask questions to a community. Similarly, it is difficult to find any questions I asked and if there are responses.Guaranteed it takesd more time to find the location for me to do what I do as opposed to writing this question and the next one reason why I am here. Just seems MS is not customer friendly unless you are going to pay money.

Problems every time I use the Microsoft Community - is it just me?

When it asks for your PIN, Taffy, do you enter the PIN you use to sign into your computer?

I have the new Edge on this computer; however, Firefox is my browser of choice. So, I can try to follow your steps.

I've gone to the Microsoft Community before, but I'm still a novice at it. *Sad
