Windows 10: How to activate the latest windows build preview.

i have ben on this version on the preview for sometime now 22623.870. i am notified of the new build being available but for some unknown reasons i am unable to download this. instructions i get is to click to navigate to windows update for it, but this has never yielded the right results.At present from Windows Insider Programme i am notified of a newer build in the windows update, but i cant see it when i switch to that.any assistance will be appreciated. i am using Windows 1 on an HP Envy 360 with RAM of 8GB

Try reinstall Windows 10 Pro 1511, make sure it is activated, then join the Windows 10 Insider Preview again.

• Which Windows build version is running on your device? You can type
  winver in the search box and press Enter to help you identify the build.
  
• Are you getting any error messages?
• What are the troubleshooting steps that you've performed?

In addition, we suggest that you check the Feedback Hub for related submission regarding the builds that were affected by some activation reported issue. Confirm if the build that you're trying to activate is one of the affected
builds and check the comment section for suggested solution.

Unable to install latest insider preview build

Hi,

Currently I am on 14986 build and unable to install the latest build and keep getting the pop-up message to install the latest build. As I am trying to update the build but it's keep failing and getting error. Is there any direct link to download and install
the latest insider preview build. Please give any suggestion to help me out.
