Windows 10: How to activate Touch Keyboard by a shortcut?

I'm trying to make a button on my lenovo pen activate the touch keyboard (NOT the on-screen keyboard). I know tabtip.exe is the program in question, but running it does nothing. I've tried modifying it in regedit, but that does nothing. I found some small programs that claim to work, but they're old and I'm not sure how to run them. Surely this must be a very simple thing to do and I am just too unfamiliar with my pen to know how to do it (I only got it for Christmas). So how can I create a program shortcut or keyboard shortcut to bring up the Touch Keyboard?

If the above steps didn't work, we suggest that you disable the Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service. Please follow these steps:

• Click on Start.
• Type Services, and then press Enter.
• On the right pane, look for Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service. Double-click on it.
• Locate the Startup Type drop down, and change it to Disabled.
• Click on Apply button to save changes.
• Click on OK button to close the Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service
  window.

How to fix emoji keyboard not showing up using shortcut

This issue is often caused by a corrupted or missing data file. To better isolate if this is a user profile specific or an emerging issue, we suggest that you create a new user profile and try to use the same keyboard shortcut to get the emoji keyboard to
show up. Here's the link for the steps on how to:

In the meantime, we'll give you the steps for a workaround to access the emojis. Here are the steps:

• Right-click on the Taskbar.
• Select the Show touch keyboard button option and a keyboard icon will show up on your
  Taskbar.
