    Upgrading An Acer Aspire One AOD257 to Windows 10

    I have an Acer Aspire One AOD257 currently running Windows 7 Starter (dual-booting with Ubuntu MATE) and I want to upgrade to Windows 10. The last time I tried upgrading, it went in a loop. It said "Downloading Windows 10", then it said "Verifying Download",
    then it gave me some notifications and it restarted. Is this supposed to happen? What should I do?

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
