Cartoon Video or Movie . . .

I have a Dell laptop computer running Windows 10 Pro . . .

This might sound, silly? But, I'm trying to find the cartoon movie, or the video?

Of a man, with his house being held up, by balloons.

The only thing I get, are still pictures? This is what I type in, but it doesn't seem to work?

"show me the cartoon video of a man's house being held up by balloons"

As initial troubleshooting steps I suggest you to install the latest windows 10 updates, please follow the steps to install all the windows updates.

If you want to check for the update now, select the Start button, then select
Settings > Update & security >
Windows Update > Check for updates.

We suggest you to try changing the visual effect setting. To Change your Visual Effects Settings in Advanced System Settings refer the below steps,
