Windows 10: How to add Custom Libraries to windows

I have an old PC that I wish to use as a smart home server, however I am having a problem Streaming Content from the Hard Drives Internally Plugged into the Machine on the TV's in our house, so far it can only read data in the libraries on the C Drive Which Only Contains Some Music Videos and not the rest of our films

Delete a Library in Windows 10

Duplicate Music Library Sign Windows 10

Method: Restore default Libraries

I would suggest you try the restore library option and check if it helps. Please back up all the files in the library before trying this, just to make sure you don’t lose any files. Refer these steps:

• Open Windows explorer
• In the left panel, locate Library and right click on it
• Click “restore default libraries” option
• Check if the issue persists.

Custom Libraries

I had no trouble making a new library. That's how I figured out custom libraries don't work like the default libraries. Had I known custom libraries are just aggregators, I would not even have bothered with creating one.
