Windows 10: how to add operating system without buying a new liscense

hi i have windows 11 pro on my current laptop but i have recently bought 2 new gaming laptops without an operating system and i was wondering onto how i can add the windows 11 pro i have here onto the other two ? do i need to extract the windows 11 pro os into a usb ? because with the new laptops when i open them its not possible to use them without an operating system.

Are you able to follow them?

To better assist you, do let us the complete message that you receive.

Sometimes, this could be due to two operating system installed in your computer. Just to make sure this is not the case, I suggest you to try the steps below:

1. Press Windows key + R.

2. Type msconfig and press enter.

3. Click the "boot" tab and check if there are any other operating system listed.

4. In addition, change the timeout time to 3 seconds(default)

I have been running a laptop on Windows 7 Pro but it is acting up. I have a recent backup using Acronis True Image 2017. If I buy a new Laptop running on Windows 10, and do a complete PC reload from the Acronis Backup, it will take the operating system
back to Windows 7 Pro and I will lose the Win 10 system. Any suggestions?
