    How to add "Ports COM & LPT" and a USB-serial port onto my Windows 11 computer management.


    I am trying to add the ports onto com management but when I go to actions, click add legacy hardware and try to add the ports and serial, it won't work because "The function driver failed and was not specified for this device instance. Please help.
