Windows 10: How to add Power Saver plan to Win11 laptop that supports modern standby nonsense

I cannot add Power Saver plan to my control panel power settings panel because my laptop supports modern standby it seems, which I didn't even ask for, when I do tried to add it via .reg file from a trusted source it gave me "already exists GUID" error in CMDadmin. How do I add Power Saver power plan to my Windows 11 laptop? My laptop only have Balanced power plan. I do want to add Power Saver plan, not manually create it, default Power Saver also tweaks things at background which was useful to me. Thanks in advance

Can't enable Modern Standby

There is, but I don't think it would enable/disable Modern Standby. I'll give it a play with though.

Windows 11 devices that support Modern Standby will usually only have the Balanced power plan scheme available by default, and can only add custom power plans.

Correct, Z370 doesn't support Modern Standby.

I checked, and I have all those registry entries as well.

The "Balanced" and "Power saver" power plans have this below if you change the Attributes DWORD value to 2 in the HKLM\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Power\PowerSettings\68AFB2D9-EE95-47A8-8F50-4115088073B1 key. It doesn't actually do anything though since the "Powercfg /a" command still shows not supported.
