    total screen display is upside down. cannot change to proper position using portrait or landscape settings.

    Also disable the Hotkeys in Intel GFX control panel Options and Support.

    To assist you better I would like to know when you say ‘’My screen is stuck on portrait and I can't get it back to landscape!‘’ do you refer to desktop screen or the whole interface?

    If you refer to the computer interface, you can try the below steps.


    • Go to settings and click on System.

    • Click on Advanced display settings on the right pane, select the Resolution
      1920 X 1080 (Recommended) and click on Apply.
