Windows 10: How to allow apps that Microsoft doesn't allow

After trying all the suggestions re: Windows running in S mode etc, I can now install VLC. This was by going to Microsoft Store, clicking my profile picture then going to Settings.What I then changed was the item that says "Purchase Sign InWhen I buy from Microsoft Store, don't ask for my password" etc. I changed this from Off to On and I can now download apps without an issue.

Allow an app through Windows Firewall

• Right click on Start menu icon.
• Select Control Panel.
• Now select Windows Firewall.
• Select "Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall" from left hand side pane.
• Select the app which you want to allow.

Microsoft Defender firewall list of allowed apps and functions

Hello all

My game League of Legends, it is not on the Microsoft Defender firewall list of allowed apps and functions, and yet I can play it. All my other games is on the list. This is the case on both my laptop and main PC.

How can this be?
Have I somehow granted it access in some other way?

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
