Windows 10: how to allow other apks to use mic on windows 10?

hi, i have t460p lenovo laptop. i recently installed fortnite on it but i cant seem to access mic in game in game, i have open mic to friends and teammates, so its not from the game. i have played overwatch and i was able to get my voice through though. in setting>privacy>mic i only see my system allows mic access to gtav, chrome and overwatch. and there is no option to add fortnite or epic games or any other apps. also when i connect my headphones via input, the voice weakens on the allowed apps or goes mute. id be glad if you could help me out. thanks!

Will windows 10 mobile allow APK or IOS files to run

Like blackberry and amazon fire os Will microsoft also allows the windows 10 mobile to run .APK files. Windows os is better and faster than android all we need is the apps that are not available on lumia phones. I think this step will make the windows phone
viral.

The next step is what I suggested originally. Try it in a friend's PC or take it to Best Buy and ask them to try it one of their PC's. Have to confirm the mic is working OK.
