Windows 10: How to analysis a slow system?

Hello,Several times a day my system hangs, so that I can't work with programs and for several minutes all programs freeze. There are many solutions on the internet, but none of them solve the problem. For example, the first thing anyone suggests is to use the sfc /scannow or chkdsk /f /r commands.I checked the Event Viewer and found:Windows has started up: Boot Duration : 190545ms IsDegradation : false Incident Time UTC : ‎2023‎-‎08‎-‎08T09:30:08.015697700ZI want to know what Microsoft experts do when a system in Microsoft company has such a problem?Thank you so much.

System slow down

Hello,

Slow PC performance can be caused by several factors. Since you are aware of the issue's source, we suggest that you run the
Maintenance task. This will help you in checking and resolving any issues that is causing your device to slow down. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows + X.
• Select Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Click on Run maintenance task under System and Security.

there is something wrong with suggested for you list on npu page. clicking on picture of dd:da review from suggested for you list leads to perormance analysis instead of review. hovering mouse over it shows in status bar correct link to review but clicking on picture reloads analysis.
links from reviews&articles page works fine.

edit: link from home page of npu sends you to analysis instead of review as well.
