Windows 10: How to attach an image to a mp3 file?

Is it possible to attach an image to an mp3 file so that when it is played in the windows media player, the image is displayed?

Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?

To attach a document file on an email, you can follow the step given below:

For Windows 10 Mobile:

• Launch to File Explorer app.
• Press and hold the file that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select Outlook Mail on the suggested applications.

For Windows Phone 8.1:

• Download and install
  Files app.
• Launch Files app.
• Tap and hold the document that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select the Mail app on the suggested applications.

Some mp3,video and image files are created as duplicate

Hi,

Some mp3,video and image files are created as duplicate.

When i deleted any one of the files, shows an error message.

That error message is attaching to this mail.

I contacted in Nokia customer care regarding this issue. They suggested me that update the software.

I am ready to update the software. But by updating software, contacts will be lost.

What should I do for contacts backup and update the software?
