Windows 10: How to automatically reopen windows after restart WITHOUT change in their position and size?

Hi I've been trying to find a way to automate reopening windows after I restart the Windows and prevent resizing or repositioning of the windows that I left open. i've tried turning on the "automatically save my restartable apps when I sign out and restart them after I sign in" option from "Sign-in options" in the Windows settings, but that would not hold the windows' size and position. i've also turned on the "restore previous folder windows at logon" option from "folder option" but that doesn't help neither.For example, if i restart my Windows when the apps are in this order Screensho

Why don't folders reopen in the same size and position as they were when last closed?

Thank you for the suggestion. I have tried it and the window remains the same size when reopened as it was when last closed, but not in the same position. I have one particular window that covers about half of the screen and I always use it in the bottom
half of the screen with another window using the top half. I want the bottom half window to reopen in the bottom half every time, but it always opens in the top half of the screen covering the top half window and I have to drag it to the bottom every time.
So annoying when Windows XP and 7 handled this with no problem at all.

 

Size and position of display pages changes on restart

I like to adjust the size and position of things I open in Microsoft 10 Windows. Previously, when the computer restarted for whatever reason, the display opened with everything as it had been set before restart. Lately, on restart, anything I have open
is stacked on the left and the size of the page has changed. I have to move the displayed item back to where I like to have it, and use the arrows to pull it back out to the way I like it.

How do I fix this so that the display does not change on restart?

 

Applications not opening at same location and in same size after reopening

I understand how frustrating it could be when the computer doesn’t work properly. However, we will need some information from you:

• Are you facing this issue with all the applications or with specific application?
  

You can change the size for opening of the program as Normal Window, Maximized or Minimized. Please follow the steps mentioned below to change the settings:

• Right click on the icon of the application and click on Properties.
  
• Under Run select the size of the window from the drop-down list.
  
• Now, click on Apply and OK.
  

Ideally, the applications are opened on the same position on the screen as they were closed last time. This issue may be due to a profile corruption. Hence, in order to eliminate possibilities, I would suggest you to create a new user account, and
check if the issue persists. Follow the steps from the article
