When I plug in a USB device it's not detected. Can't restart into safe mode. Can't run updates. I can't uninstall USB hubs/drivers etc. Can't... -

in Windows 10 GamingI have "Taskbar where window is open" but after restart, it shows everything on main task...: After each restart, my monitor setting reverts back to "Duplicate these displays". I have to change it back to extend these displays manually and apply the resolution settings again on each restart. The setting for "Taskbar where window is open" stays but it doesn't work like... -
