Windows 10: How to backup and restore product key?

I am using Windows 7 Ultimate, which I previously activated with a retail product key. Here are the results of the `slmgr /dli` and `slmgr /dlv` commands:slmgr /dli:slmgr /dlv:Now I want to reinstall windows 7 using .ISO file, can I reuse the product key that I used to activate current windows to activate windows after reinstall I see that rearm count is 0? If not, how to backup current activation and restore after reinstall?

Free hard drive backup/restore program?

I am looking for a free (freeware) program that will back up and restore a hard drive. I'm looking to clone a few external hard drives. If the program will backup the used space instead of the whole drive this will be awesome! Thanks for any suggestions.

Just to make sure that you cleaned the disk and assigned a primary partition, I would request you to follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Open the command prompt and type:
   
   diskpart
   
   list disk
2. You will be able to view the list of disks. Please select the desired disk.
   
   select disk 0
   
   clean
   
   create partition primary
   
   Select partition primary

active

exit

Now try to restore the image. If you are still not able to restore it, I would suggest you to do a clean installation. You can download the installation media from

Microsoft Website. You can follow the steps mentioned here:

updates.

Also the product key will not be store in the backup. You can run the WMIC command to retrieve the product key:

Obviously you're looking for something besides your Xp Pro utility that does this?
