Windows 10: How to be able to receive Windows 11 free upgrade after I refuse it many times and choose...

Hello, I need some advice on how to get free upgrade on Windows 11.I used to receive offer to upgrade my Windows 10 to Windows 11 but at that moment I was not interested to do the upgrade then I refused and stayed on Windows 10. I don't remember specifically what action I did what button I selected when the offer came when I refused to upgrade, but this affected to my windows update for not getting the offer anymore. Now I regret and at this moment I am started to think to upgrade my device to Windows 11.

I have a few questions about windows 11...

1. How many GB it is? when my pc suggested the upgrade yesterday, it said it's about 4GB just want to be sure.
   
2. I'm using a windows 10 pro so if I upgrade, will it upgrade to a windows 11 pro?

Hi, unless an Insider, Win 11 is opt in. Although that is meant to be so, there have been some reports where users say they were unexpectedly upgraded to Win 11. A very quick Google search finds this: How to Block the Windows 11 Update From Installing on Windows 10 - and you will find similar suggestions if you were to search tenforums as this has been discussed on a number of occasions. E.g. Does anything trigger Windows 11 to install automatically? Hope that helps.

Wait, but have you done the whole step-by-step guide described in the OP? DDL/DTS isn't supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 either, unless if you do the steps listed there.
