How to bill MS please? May I email invoice or demand? I have had to support customer with MS Authenticator app.I do not support that product.I would like to charge you for that please?Thank you.

MS NETWORK SOLUTIONS - INVOICE SCAM?

I have received an email purporting to come from MS NETWORK SOLUTIONS offering a "Last chance to a settlement of your invoice", saying "Some of your product has been renewed". Amount claimed is $175.00, with the invoice attached (not opened)., and Regards
from MS NETWORK SOLUTIONS Email: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, and buttons to"View Online" and "online payment". I am using Office 365, which was automatically renewed on Nov 5 2019.

Is this a scam?

I am inquiring about invoice number G023817595. I am not sure what the invoice is for before I update any billing information. I have received several emails from Microsoft. I have tried calling several different numbers, but I can't talk with a person. I just want to confirm it is legit. I think invoice is for Microsoft Project, but not sure.

Unfortunately, when I go to my billing account to see what the invoice is for - the email doesn't say & I am not aware of buying anything from Microsoft recently - the page won't load. It just sits there with a spinning ring of blue dots!

Understandably, I am reluctant to click any of the links in the message.
