Windows 10: How to block blue all-screen popups reminding of update pending from EVER happening?

I use Windows 10 Home. Recently 6.12.2022 I have decided to close my PC and let Windows update. Prior to that I have blocked these invasive, disrupting popups from happening - as they were disruptive and they always forced "scheduled shutdown" setting on, forcing me to be alert about my own PC trying to mess with me and how I use my own PC. And it worked... up to the update. I don't want to go through the process of blocking them every time I update my PC.Apart from philosophical discussion of whether reenabling those popups make me want to a close everything and update again after just a w
