Windows 10: How to block "LSMFT" sexual activism messages on Windows 10 login screens

I use a Windows 10 computer at work and this morning when I went to login a beautiful photo of a rainbow over a lake was marred by LGWTBS advocacy text. Can someone please tell Microsoft that this fecal material coming from the south end of cattle that identify as male is totally inappropriate, and that annoying or offending the majority of their customer base is not good business.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
