    Closing the Amazon Unlimited Music App in Windows 10

    Sorry you're experiencing this problem.

    If you operate Amazon Music Unlimited using Alexa, you can just ask Alexa to stop whatever you're playing.

    If not, then if you close the App, try looking in the lower right corner of your computer, near the clock. If you cannot see an Amazon Music icon there, click the little UP chevron ^ to see hidden Apps.

    You should find Amazon Music there and be able to control your music. If you have no joy with a left click, try right clicking the icon for more options.

    There is a possibility that the Amazon Music app is enabled on startup. To properly troubleshoot this issue, we recommend disabling the app from the startup menu using the steps below:

    1. Type system configuration on the search bar, and select it.

    2. Go to the Startup tab.

    3. Uncheck the Amazon Music from the list.

    4. Click OK.

    5. Restart your computer, and test the issue,
