Windows 10: how to cancel Microsoft Developer subscription?

would like to cancel my free Windows developer subscription. I've never taken advantage of it. It auto-renews. I see no way of doing this under my account profile. Though it's free, I want to cancel it because it retains my credit card information.

I need to cancel a monthly subscription but I can't find it in my subscriptions. I have the order # and I am being charged monthly, how can I cancel this? We have logged in to the accounts and cannot find the subscription listed to cancel it.
