Windows 10: How to change a system file on thumb drive back into a .mp4

I was moving movies .mp4 that I had saved on multiple external hard drives to a single thumb drive.While doing so I feel asleep. I tried to open a movie on thumb drive. It shows the titles and the size of the movies in the folders. When I click on some of themovies it says it's a system file.the other movies show an empty folder. I don't know what I could have done when I fell asleep, but I just don't really want to download over 600 gb of movies again. If you help me get them back and help me understand what I could have possibly done to not be able watch these movies. I hope I explained

I cannot play my MP4 files on my 2GB thumb drive

 

USB doesn't display MP4 file!

I have a 300kb mix of .png, .jpg, .pdf files on a 4Gb USB drive. I added a 2Gb MP4 movie but it doesn't display in the drive files. I used CCleaner to check the drive F files .. it only shows up as 2Gb of OTHER FILES, but not in the listed files.

Any (constructive) suggestions welcome. I can't remove it as it doesn't show in the file list.

Right click the file you want to transfer and click 'Send to' - flash drive (that drive should be bottom of he 'Send to' list . . .
