  1. How to change Active Display Mode ?

I have Gigabyte G32QC , Initially when i connected it with my MSI Pulse 17 over HDMI port , it was delivering me 144hz at 2560 x 1400 but currently i saw that the Desktop Mode Was set to 2560 x 1400 but the Active Display Mode was set to 4k 3840 x 2160 at 60hz . I want both to be same so i can have the same resolution as before so it provide 144 hz . I checked all the list modes under Advanced Display Properties but could not found out mine . Tried to provide Screenshots but it keeps saying failed to upload.

    :)
