Windows 10: How to change alternative email for recieving codes

Microsoft is sending verification codes to a email that does not exist anymore!!!I can not change anything every time he sends codes to the old email!!How can I solve this problem and change that email???

Can't recieve code because of landline phone, and I have sent mistakenly a security change I want to cancel

Hello

- Was in ms store, I did not realized the asked 'PIN' was my windows pin from login screen. So I entered the 'forgotten pin' loop.
- Having a landline I could not recieve the verif code sent by MS to continue the 'forgotten pin' process.
- Then I thought that adding an alternate email would somehow allow me to recieve the code or at least to proceed further.

- Then it entered that 'security change pending wait 30 days' thing.

- I don't want my main windows account email to be replaced by the alternate I entered.

- I can't cancel the 'security change pending' because if I click on cancel I can't recieve the verif code on landline phone, I don't see other alternative.

- Of course, I realised afterwards that the origin of all this could have been avoided if I had just entered my windows login password/PIN.

- Bottom line, I would like to cancel the 'security change pending' and avoid any inconvenience caused by this account email change.

I am trying to delete my alternate email on my Microsoft account because i want to change my security info but i cant cause the alternate email is not even real, i dont even remember adding it but i cant change my info and i cant receive a code cause the
email address isn't even real so i am am stuck in a situation where i cant change my personal info and i cant delete my alternate email this is causing me a lot of stress which is really annoying so some one help me delete this email so i can change my personal
