Windows 10: How to change/customise touchscreen left edge pull gesture ?

on a touch screen display or surface notebook/laptop with windows 11I want to be able to use left edge pull gesture exactly like windows 10 show all open windows/task view rather than show widgets.ie: its fine to leave the 3 finger slide up gesture alone , I just want left edge pull to bring up task viewif first party registry fixes can't work, what about any recommendations for third party software.

Enabling edge pull touchpad gestures in Windows 10

I searched the Internet thoroughly but I could not find an answer.

My touchpad is Synaptics, computer is HP Envy k000st.

Despite many people, I loved the edge-swipe (edge pull) touchpad gestures that Windows 8 supported. Now I'm running a Windows 10 PC and I really want those gestures back.

I would like to obtain Cortana from left pull and Action Centre from right pull. Also closing the current window by sliding from top above to bottom below on the touchpad as if in Windows 8.

I have no programming knowledge. I would love it if someone could help me how I can manage these by editing registry or any other method.

If your touchpad gesture is not working, we can run the hardware troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• 
  On the search box, type in
  Troubleshooting and hit Enter.
  
• 
  Click on Troubleshooting
  tab.
  
• 
  Click on view all option on the upper left corner.
  
• 
  Select the Hardware and Device
  options from the list.
  
• 
  Click Next to run the
  Hardware and Device Troubleshooter.

Asus edge gestures

We appreciate the prompt response. If the option is not available on any of the suggested locations, our next step is to manually disable it using the local group policy editor. To do this, follow these steps:

• Press the Windows
  
  +
  R key, and then type in gpedit.msc to open the
  Local Group Policy Editor.
• Follow the folder path below by clicking the drop-down arrow to expand the list:
  
  Computer Configuration/ Administrative Templates/ Windows Components/
  
  
• Click on the Edge UI folder. In the right pane, double click the
  Allow edge swipe policy to edit it.
• Select Disabled.
• Click OK.

Once you're done, restart your device and check if edge gesture is now disabled.
