Windows 10: How to change desktop background when disabled by administrator?

I try to change it but it says 'Some of these settings are hidden or managed by your organization'

Hi,

To change the desktop background into a solid color, see the steps below:

• Right-click on the desktop, and select Personalize.
• Under Personalization, select Background.
• On the right pane, click on the drop-down menu for Background, and then select
  Solid color.
• Choose your preferred color and it should immediately make changes.

thanks, but i already knew how to do that, i want to still be able to set the background....i just need the option to disable it.
