Windows 10: How to change e-mail on family resources

Hi, I am unable to access the e-mail account I used when I configured my notebook - it is currently suspended and I'm trying to discover why.I want to know how I can change the main administrator e-mail without needing to reset my notebook as I use it for college and I can't lose the files I currently have. I need to do it because I don't know how long it will take trying to get my account rehabilitated and family resources blocked access to some functions unless I log in, which isn't possible because the account is suspended.

Family history resource file is determined to be a third-party application, I would suggest you to contact the developer for more information about how to update family history resource file.

Suggest you to follow the steps.

1. Install the Resource File Viewer 4.0

2. Right-Click on the Resource File Viewer icon on your desktop and select Properties.

3. Click the Compatibility Tab

4. Put a check in the box to run in compatibility mode.

5. Put a check in the box to "Run this program as an administrator"

6. Click OK"

How to change language of the e-mails from Microsoft Family

Unfortunately, this is a bit different topic discussed on the thread you sent me. It's about changing the language of the account (Outlook, Microsoft), and all of my Family accounts are set to English. I have double triple checked that thousand of times
already, as at first I asked Microsoft technical support to help, and unfortunately they didn't manage that in 6 months...

Where I have the trouble, is that e-mails from Microsoft Family, and only these e-mails come in Russian. So when I open my Outlook, or my kids' Outlook, or our Microsoft accounts, we see everything in English. Just these weekly e-mails to report about my
kids' activities online come in Russian. I'd like sometimes to forward these e-mails to my kids, but they don't understand Russian, that's why I'd like to change that....
