Windows 10: How to change folder icon for empty and full for medium size folders and up.

This is what I have so far as a registry entry. [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Icons]"2"="\"D:\\Icons\\Dark-Gray-Folder.ico\"""3"="\"D:\\Icons\\Dark-Gray-Folder.ico\""Can someone please show me how to edit this entry so that I have Dark-Gray-Folder for both empty and full for all folder sizes? Right now it only shows empty and full for small folder sizes. As soon as I view the folder in medium size it changes back to the default Windows yellow folder. I was going to post images but they failed to upload every time.Thank you,Jason

Changing and locking a custom icon to a folder?

I want to change a few folders icons and fix the icon to the folder so if its moved to other computers the icon wont change is there any way of doing this thanks,

 

no medium-sized Downloads folder icon in wondows 10

Unexpectedly the icon of the Downloads folder in my PC changed to a red cross (X).

I suspected some virus but it looks there is no medium-sized folder icon for the Downloads folder. All other icon sizes exist.

I would say this is not a bug, but a minor flow.
